Quadrant Recruitment was established in 1998 with the aim of providing superior
Executive level staff to clients in the greater Sydney area. The Directors came
from previous Executive Recruitment consulting with a major international recruitment
agency, where they established considerable success by being consistently placed
in the top three consultants worldwide.
The company focuses on supplying senior and middle level executives to the building
and construction, mining and quarrying, finance and accounting, engineering and
manufacturing, transport and logistics industries, IT&T, as well as sales and office
support staff across a much broader range of organisations.
The prime aim of the company is to ensure that we provide a level of service that
exceeds the expectations of both clients and candidates. This is achieved by taking
our understanding and experience in industry, asking clients and candidates what
they are looking for in a role, and adopting a systematic and process driven approach
to ensure the level of service is maintained.
The process is very thorough, and aims to ensure a highly objective, honest and
transparent selection of staffing that closely matches the client brief.
The original principles of the company still remain and the aim is to further enhance
the levels of service provided in all areas of the business.
The company operates from offices in Parramatta and Sydney CBD, with the focus on
Executive Search, Executive Recruitment, Executive Contracting, Personnel Recruitment
and Temporary Office Support staffing. Although we are a boutique consultancy, our
client are national and we maintain regular contact both electronically and face-to-face.
The Directors have invested funds to grow the business nationally with the intention
of becoming acknowledged as a leading supplier of high quality staff to industry,
and a partner to our clients.
The overall aim is to ensure that clients and candidates are treated fairly and
with respect, maintaining a high level of customer service, and creating an environment
for staff where their hard work and commitment are recognised.
