thorough testing, interviewing and checking effectively filter candidates so that

We extensively search our candidate database of approximately 26,000 resumes prior
to going to the market. We regularly fill roles without the need to advertise and
fill approximately 90% of our roles before needing to advertise in print.

Companies have a requirement at times for additional or specialised staff that are
able to take on special projects or tasks that require a particular skill set. We
have a database of candidates that are fully interviewed to make sure their skills
and attributes match your requirements. We work on a highly competitive flat net
margin for all of our contracting roles which is transparent to clients and candidates.
Combined with a high level of service including regular contact with all of our
contractors, we have continued long term relationships with both our candidates
and clients.

has a dedicated team including Client Managers, Resourcers and Consultants that
focus solely on supplying high quality administrative support staff. We maintain
a database of available candidates which enables us to respond to client needs within
the same day if required.
