PRIVACY POLICY

At Quadrant Recruitment, while information is an inherently vital part of our ability
to provide superior service, our most important asset is the trust of our clients
and candidates. Keeping client and candidate information secure and using it only
as they would want us to, is a top priority for everyone within the organisation.
Here at Quadrant Recruitment we adhere to the National Privacy Principles. Here
then, is our "promise" to our clients and candidates.

- We will safeguard, according to strict standards of security and confidentiality,
any information our clients/candidates share with us.
- We will limit the collection and use of client/candidate information to the minimum
we require to deliver superior service to our clients/candidates, which includes
advising our clients/candidates about our services and other opportunities, and
to administer our business.
- We will permit only authorized employees, who are trained in the proper handling
of client/candidate information, to have access to that information. Employees who
violate our Privacy Promise will be subject to our normal disciplinary process.
- We will not reveal client/candidate information to any external organization unless
we have previously informed the client/candidate in disclosures or agreements, have
been authorized by the client/candidate, or are required by law.
- We will always maintain control over the confidentiality of our client/customer
information. We may, however, facilitate relevant offers from reputable companies.
These companies are not permitted to retain any client/candidate information unless
the client/candidate has specifically expressed interest in their services. Quadrant
Recruitment Pty Ltd is not responsible for the privacy practices of these companies
and the information is covered by the privacy policies of these companies.
- We will tell clients/candidates in plain language initially, and then as appropriate,
how they may remove their names from our information database. At any time, client/candidates
can contact us to remove their names from such database.
- Whenever we hire other organizations to provide support services, we will require
them to conform to our privacy standards and to allow us to audit them for compliance.
- For purposes of reference checking, verification and risk management, we will exchange
information about our clients/candidates with reputable reference services and clearing
house services.
- We will not use or share - internally or externally - personally identifiable medical
information for any purpose other than in relation to our primary purpose, or as
disclosed to the client/candidate when the information is collected, or to which
the client/candidate consents.
- We will attempt to keep client/candidate files complete, up to date, and accurate.
We will tell our clients/candidates how and where to conveniently access their information
(except when prohibited by law) and how to notify us about errors, which we will
promptly address.
- We will continuously assess ourselves to ensure that client/candidate privacy is
respected. We will conduct our business in a manner that fulfils our promise to
our clients/candidates.
